1. Introduction

Welcome to ClarityCommerce ("we," "our," or "us"). We operate the Autonomous Commerce Operating System. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our platform, specifically regarding your commerce data, AI interactions, and third-party integrations.

2. Data We Collect

  • Account Data: Email address and authentication tokens managed via Supabase.
  • Commerce Data: Products, orders, inventory, and customer metadata synced from your connected platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce).
  • AI Telemetry & Commerce Memory: The objectives you submit, the strategies generated by the Executive AI, and the historical topology stored in your isolated Knowledge Graph.
  • Usage Data: Platform interactions, feature usage, and system logs for performance monitoring.

3. AI Data Processing & Zero-Retention

ClarityCommerce utilizes advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) to power the Executive AI and Specialist Agents. We do not use your proprietary business data, Commerce Memory, or Knowledge Graph to train public AI models.

Where available, we enforce zero-data-retention agreements with our LLM routing providers (e.g., OpenRouter). Your data is processed ephemerally to generate strategic insights and is immediately discarded by the AI provider after the session concludes.

4. Multi-Tenant Data Isolation

We employ enterprise-grade Row-Level Security (RLS) via PostgreSQL. Your Commerce Memory, Knowledge Graph, and integration credentials are cryptographically scoped to your unique Tenant ID. No other user, business, or AI agent outside your organization can access your isolated data environment.

5. Third-Party Integrations (MCP Tools)

When you connect external platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Stripe), we act as a Data Processor. We only request the minimum API scopes necessary for the Digital Workforce to execute approved missions. You can revoke these connections at any time via your Settings dashboard.

6. Your Rights (GDPR, CCPA, DPDP)

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data. You can export all your missions and topology data instantly via the Data Management tab in your Settings, or request permanent account deletion.
