Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Billing

ClarityCommerce operates on a recurring subscription model (monthly or annual). By subscribing, you authorize our payment processors to automatically charge your designated payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account Settings > Data Management dashboard.

Upon cancellation, your access to the Executive AI and Digital Workforce will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be incurred.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the high computational costs of AI inference, LLM routing, and ephemeral agent execution, ClarityCommerce does not offer prorated refunds for partial months or unused AI mission credits.

All subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has commenced. We encourage users to utilize the Free Tier to fully evaluate the platform's capabilities before upgrading to a paid plan.

4. Data Retention Post-Cancellation

After your subscription expires, your account will be downgraded to a read-only state. Your Commerce Memory and Knowledge Graph will be retained for 30 days. After 30 days, all tenant data, including connected API credentials and historical missions, will be permanently and irreversibly purged from our servers in compliance with our data retention policies.

5. Contact & Dispute Resolution

If you experience a technical billing error (e.g., double charge), please contact our support team immediately at contact@nitishkumar.pro within 7 days of the transaction for a full resolution.
